I am accepting new clients!

Do you feel like you’re surviving instead of truly living? Are you carrying trauma, grief, or anxiety that makes it hard to move forward? Life can feel overwhelming at times — but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I have experience in foster care, reunification, crisis intervention, and medical social work. Having had the privilege to work in these spaces has afforded me the skills to provide a safe place for you to process and heal from whatever challenges you bring to our table. I approach therapy with the understanding that mental health is deeply connected to basic needs such as physical safety, housing, and financial stability. I also believe that trauma is often at the root of suffering. Pain is not a flaw, but a signal of forced survival. By addressing that trauma — both physically and emotionally — we create space to move forward and make empowered choices.

I specialize in attachment, EMDR, IFS, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I often incorporate somatic techniques to help the body release pain that has been stored within. I also support clients through life transitions and the grief and loss that can come with them.

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are. I am here to walk with you in the dark — to be a member of your team, working with you to define a life worth living on your terms.

Whether you’re grieving, healing from trauma, navigating change, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, we’ll build tools together to help you move forward with clarity and strength. No therapy jargon, no pathologizing — just real conversations, real relationships, and meaningful change, however that looks for you. I welcome you to the table, whenever you’re ready.
