About
Being a therapist is one of the most meaningful parts of my life. What drew me to social work was the desire to create change on a bigger scale — and what's kept me in this field is the people. Therapy lets me be part of so many different lives and communities, walking alongside clients as they step into their own power and make the choices that feel right for them. My favorite moments are the ones when a client shows up to session and can't wait to tell me about the boundary they set, the coping skill that finally clicked, or the decision they made and are genuinely proud of. I specialize in burnout, caregiving, and life transitions — with a particular focus on high achievers, ADHD, and complex or ambiguous grief — and I'm trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. I also run an anticipatory grief and caregiving group for clients navigating the long, often invisible weight of caring for someone they love.
I'm licensed in New York and Connecticut, with Florida licensure pending.
On June 20, I'll be giving a presentation on caregiving and burnout — covering guilt in caregiving, role reversal and identity, validating ambivalence (including anger and relief), and coping skills for managing intense emotional moments.
When I'm not in session, you can find me hunting down the city's best new restaurants (forever chasing the perfect plate of pasta), planning long dinners with friends, traveling whenever I can, or out on a walk with a good true crime podcast keeping me company.
