Therapy for Reproductive & Hormonal Mental Health

Hi, I'm Madeline — a trauma-informed therapist specializing in reproductive mental health, chronic illness, and the particular kind of exhaustion that comes from living in a body that's been dismissed, misunderstood, or pushed past its limits.

I work with people navigating endometriosis, PMDD, PCOS, pelvic pain, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the grief and identity shifts that chronic illness and hormonal health challenges bring with them. I also work with trauma, anxiety, and grief more broadly — because these things rarely travel alone.

My background is in global justice and social work. I began my career supporting families experiencing homelessness, domestic violence survivors, and newly arrived refugees — spaces that showed me how deeply mental health is shaped by the body, by systems, and by the ways the world does or doesn't make room for our pain.

I've worked with many individuals who feel hypervigilant, stuck, or as though they're constantly moving with a sense of urgency — patterns that often stem from unresolved trauma, chronic pain, or the cumulative weight of not being believed about what's happening in your body. My goal is to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a greater sense of safety and ease. I offer virtual therapy for reproductive mental health and trauma in New York, Florida and Connecticut — working at your pace, with your whole story in view. Together we can find practical tools that help you feel more at home in your life and body.

My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and compassion. I believe the most important element of therapy is that you feel seen, safe, and connected.  My therapeutic style is integrative and holistic. I draw from CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, Somatic and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring each session to your needs and considering the full context of your life.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, life transitions, chronic illness, or menstrual health challenges like Endometriosis,  my hope is that you feel welcomed and supported here. Healing is possible, and I’m honored to walk with you on that path.
